Sun Peaks Food and Beverage seeks a dedicated restaurant manager to join our team. As Masa’s Bar + Grill Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by utilizing your leadership skills and dedication to outstanding service. Compensation Information: $60,000 per annum

Physical Requirement: Light, work activities involve handling loads of between 5 kg and 10 kg. Predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

• Minimum five years experience in a Food and Beverage operation.
• Serving it Right.
• Excellent knowledge of Food, Wine & Service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of point of sales system/Food and Beverage systems.
• Current Food Safe Certificate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned SPR Food & Beverage Outlet.
• Responsible for training, scheduling, safety, motivating and management of staff.
• Resolve customer complaints with prompt follow up.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Under the assistance of the Food and Beverage staff and keyholders, assist in monthly inventory.
• Managing stock levels and creating weekly/daily inventories.
