Compensation Information:

$22.29 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Light, work activities involve handling loads between 5kg and 10 kg; Predominately in an Outdoor Setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Accountabilities:

• Security of SPRLLP buildings and equipment
• Complete rounds as directed
• Ensure compliance with SPRLLP policies within the Staff Housing Complex
• Issue Fines and Warnings to Staff Housing Residents, as necessary
• Complete accurate Daily Logs and Incident Reports
• Maintain and ensure all safety standards and procedures in the workplace
• Reporting significant safety and/or major repairs which are observed
• Complete work activities as delegated by the Facilities Manager
• Winter snow removal as directed

Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit as the job may involve physical labour
• Ability to work well with the public and promote Sun Peak's image
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Familiarity with current Security practices
• Bondable
• Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Must submit a valid driver’s license to obtain a driver's abstract
• Must submit to a criminal record check
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
