Patrol Educator

Sun Peaks seeks a dedicated Patrol Educator to join their team permanently. The responsibilities of the Patrol Educator will include a range of tasks, such as morning setup, medical protocols, and sweeps, and they should be able to work independently to identify projects that the patrol team needs to work on. Additionally, the Patrol Educator will join the team in daily on-hill duties and create an ongoing training program for all patrol members, including pre-season training, daily morning sessions, and career development planning.

The educator and the supervisory team will regularly evaluate the patrol team's performance and identify areas that require further training and professional development to improve the program. Moreover, the educator will work closely with the risk management department to develop programs that benefit the company. Finally, the educator will be responsible for accurate documentation and record-keeping of all training activities. Compensation Information:

$30.91 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Heavy; Work activities involve handling loads more than 20Kg. Predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.
